<p align="left"><font face="Arial">The ILS structure over the three days will enable delegates the opportunity to listen, to debate and to reflect on key leadership inputs – able to create and engage with a variety of communities.<span>  </span>You will have a reflective/evaluative role to play during each day.<span>  </span>How can you do this?<span>  </span>By reading and feeding back your comments on John’s ‘think piece’ and by visiting the learning diary room at the ILS, and reflecting on a session you have just attended.</font></p>
